FuelAction.com uses USPS to ship our items. Our shopping cart is linked to the USPS system to give acurate shipping rates - We are a home based web service with no warehouse - we do not stock all items . However you should receive your order in a timely fashion or you may receive your order DROP SHIP from our distributor.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of the products we
sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return un-opened items within 30 days of
receipt of your order for a refund, however the customer must cover all return
shipping cost.
Defective Products
( All noted defective DVD's will be tested to confirm the noted defect is legitimate - if the defective DVD's are in working order we will return the DVD to you. )
You may return defective items within 30 days of receipt of your
order for a replacement of the same title. Mailing cost of
defective items is refundable. A credit will appear on your statement within one
to two billing cycles. Please include a copy of your packing slip and return
